What if I’m nervous to invest?
I get it. It feels like a huge risk. But the bigger financial risk is to just keep doing what you’re doing, burning yourself out and threatening the sustainability of your life and business success. Investing in my program is a commitment to yourself, and an investment in your future–and when we go all in and show up for ourselves the benefits are felt in every aspect of our lives.
What if I don’t have the time?
Everyone is busy—especially Ladypreneurs! But all you need to do to succeed in this program is dedicate about 5-6 hours per week. That’s less than one hour a day! And 90% of it is self-paced, the only part that isn't are the group calls, so you can do it whenever it works best for you.
How is this different than therapy?
Therapy is perfect for treating mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. But so much of the time, the difficulties we experience aren’t actually diagnosable mental health problems. If you simply need to learn how to thrive by freeing yourself from self-imposed limitations and by mastering new skills to bring you into alignment- that's where coaching comes in. Coaching is a perfect fit for clients who want to level up their personal and professional lives. If, as a clinician, I have reason to believe that therapy would be a better fit or that you would benefit from therapy in conjunction with coaching to work on something not appropriate for coaching setting, I will share that- but I cannot be both to one person.
I feel like I already have good self-care, but I’m still burned out. What do you have to offer me that I’m not already doing?
Most of us have been taught a pretty shallow definition of self-care, and we tend to look at it as a list of activities we engage in to make ourselves feel better. While some of these activities may truly be rejuvenating for you, the fact that you’re here means they’re just not cutting it. I’m here to guide you through an approach that combines science with intuitive practices—self-care from the inside out that will foster noticeable results that you can increase and sustain for a lifetime.
